Refunds & Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to Slingso until that date.

Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. We do not issue partial-month refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again and your access continues until the period ends.

Annual plans may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a pro-rated refund. The refund amount is calculated as the full annual fee minus the cost of any completed months at the monthly equivalent rate.

After 30 days from the billing date, annual plans are non-refundable. You may still cancel to prevent auto-renewal at the end of your annual term. Cancellation requests outside the refund window will stop future charges but will not generate a refund for the remaining unused period.

Founders Edition is a one-time annual plan at a locked-in rate. It follows the same cancellation terms as annual plans: 30-day pro-rated refund window from the date of purchase. After 30 days, it is non-refundable.

The locked-in Founders price applies to renewals as long as the subscription remains active. Cancellation forfeits the locked-in rate — reinstatement at any future date will be at the prevailing price at that time.

Email [email protected] with your registered email address and a request to cancel. We will confirm cancellation within one business day. No retention calls. No dark patterns.

You can also cancel directly from your dashboard under Account Settings. The cancellation takes effect at the next billing date for monthly plans, or at the end of your annual term for annual plans.
