A scenario is a specific combination of: query × GEO (geographic market) × target persona (optional) × target product (optional). Providers are not part of a scenario — they are a separate dimension that multiplies the scenario count. Example: the query 'best vitamin C serum for combination skin under £50', targeting the UK market, from the persona of a 28-year-old beauty enthusiast. That is one scenario. On the Starter plan, 40 scenarios are run daily across 3 included providers (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews + Gemini) — that is 120 monitor runs per day. On Growth, 120 scenarios × 4 providers = 480 daily runs. On Scale, 200 scenarios × 5 providers = 1000 daily runs. Each run records the full AI response and measures your purchase likelihood for that scenario on that provider. A scenario is what other AI-visibility tools call a 'prompt' or a 'query' — we just name it differently because it carries the persona and product context too.
A 7-day trial on Starter is enough to see the agent run end-to-end — Monitor on day one, Analyse once the week's data lands, Create once there's something worth writing about. That is the full product. Anything after that is value you should be paying for. Free tiers tend to attract users who never convert and distract from brands that will. We'd rather keep the product sharp for paying brands than optimise for a signup funnel.
Yes — on a custom / enterprise plan. We keep Starter, Growth, and Scale small and opinionated on purpose: most brands never need these, and every row on a pricing page that ninety-five percent of buyers ignore is a row that makes the other five percent harder to read. If you need SSO, SAML, OIDC, multi-brand rollout, API access, BI exports, agency licensing, custom DPAs, or regional data residency, email [email protected] — we will put together a plan that fits.
Ask us. We add AI assistants to the public plans only when the data says they're actually driving consumer purchase research — we won't ship a feature just because a competitor does. If you specifically need Claude, MS Copilot, DeepSeek, Meta AI, or another engine, we'll include it in a custom plan without waiting for it to hit public tiers.
