1 - INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Slingso's services ("Service"), provided by Ninnti Tech Private Limited ("Slingso," "we," "our," or "us"), located at Banjara Hills Road No 10, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

2 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

3 - SERVICE DESCRIPTION

3.1 Service Overview

Slingso provides automated product review collection and display services for business customers.

3.2 Service Level Agreement

• We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our services
• Customer support response time within 24 hours
• Service maintenance windows will be communicated in advance

4 - SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

4.1 Payment Terms

• Monthly subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Additional usage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle
• Payments must be made within 3 days of invoice generation

4.2 Trial Period

• 7-day trial period
• "No questions asked" refund policy during trial period
• Trial period automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled

4.3 Late Payments

• Accounts with payments pending beyond 3 days are considered "bad faith"
• We reserve the right to terminate bad faith accounts without notice

5 - ACCOUNT TERMS AND TERMINATION

5.1 Account Requirements

• Service is available only to businesses
• Valid business email and payment information required
• Accurate and complete information must be maintained
• Account credentials must be kept secure

5.2 Account Termination

• Customers may terminate their account at any time
• Slingso may terminate accounts for:
• Non-payment
• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Any other reason at Slingso's discretion

5.3 Post-Termination

• 7-day period to download account data after termination
• All data will be permanently deleted after 7 days
• No refunds for partial billing periods

6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Slingso's Rights

• All rights to the Service technology, including:
• Software and algorithms
• System architecture
• User interface design
• AI and automation processes
• Brand assets and documentation

6.2 Customer Rights

• Ownership of all collected product reviews
• Rights to display and use reviews as desired
• Customer business data and information

7 - USAGE LIMITATIONS

7.1 Subscription Plans

• Usage limits based on selected subscription plan
• Additional charges for exceeding plan limits
• Right to modify plan features and limitations

7.2 Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering the Service
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Interference with Service operation
• Violation of applicable laws

8 - LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

8.1 Service Warranty

• Service provided "as is"
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• Regular maintenance and updates as needed

8.2 Limitation of Liability

• Liability limited as per applicable law
• No liability for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions

9 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 Resolution Process

• Initial contact through customer support
• Escalation to Chief Product Officer if needed
• Final resolution through appropriate legal channels

9.2 Governing Law

• Terms governed by Indian law
• Jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

10 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1 Modifications

• Right to modify Terms at any time
• Notice of material changes provided
• Continued use constitutes acceptance

10.2 Severability

• If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect
• Invalid provisions replaced with valid alternatives

10.3 Force Majeure

• Not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control
• Including natural disasters, war, government actions

10.4 Assignment

• Customers may not assign without written consent

10.5 Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement
• Supersede all prior agreements
• No waiver of any term implies waiver of others
