- 7-day trial for all new customers
- Paid subscription required during trial
- Full access to service features
1.2 Trial Period Refunds
- "No questions asked" refund guarantee during trial period
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
2.1 How to Cancel
- Log in to your Slingso dashboard
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the cancellation prompts
2.2 Cancellation Timeline
- Cancel anytime during subscription. No notice period required.
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused period
- Additional usage charges (if any) will be settled at the end of the current billing period as normal.
REFUND POLICY
3.1 Eligible Refunds
- Full refund if cancelled within 7-day trial period
- Subscription fees for fraudulent charges
- Duplicate charges (if any)
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Partial months of service
- Additional usage charges
- Subscription fees beyond trial period
- Service fees for completed services
POST-CANCELLATION
4.1 Data Access
- 7-day window (post end of billing cycle) to download all data
- Includes product reviews and account information
- Data permanently deleted after 7 days post end of billing cycle
4.2 Account Reactivation
- Accounts can be reactivated before data deletion
- New subscription required for reactivation
- Previous data available if reactivated before permanent data deletion
